Das Zagreb Film Fes­ti­val prä­sen­tiert kroa­ti­sche Kurz­fil­me aus sei­nem renom­mier­ten Che­ckers-Wett­be­werb und von der Platt­form croatian.film. Das Pro­gramm stellt auf­stre­ben­de Filmemacher*innen vor und umfasst Spiel‑, Expe­ri­men­tal- und Doku­men­tar­fil­me in zwei Vor­füh­run­gen: »The South in View« mit Schwer­punkt auf Süd­kroa­ti­en und sei­nen typi­schen Rea­lis­mus, sowie »Across the Edge« mit Fokus auf Filmemacher*innen, die fil­mi­sche For­men nut­zen, um Erin­ne­run­gen wie­der­zu­ge­ben und Iden­ti­tät und sozia­le Nor­men zu hinterfragen.

The Zagreb Film Fes­ti­val pres­ents a sel­ec­tion of Croa­ti­an short films from its renow­ned Che­ckers com­pe­ti­ti­on and the croatian.film plat­form. The pro­gram­me high­lights emer­ging film­ma­kers, span­ning fic­tion, expe­ri­men­tal and docu­men­ta­ry works in two scree­nings: »The South in View«, focu­sing on sou­thern Croa­tia and its distinc­ti­ve rea­lism, and »Across the Edge«, fea­turing film­ma­kers who explo­re cine­ma­tic forms to por­tray memo­ry and ques­ti­on iden­ti­ty and social norms.
