Als sie ihre Tage hat, traut die 15-jährige Ruby sich nicht, ihre Mutter nach Tampons oder Binden zu fragen. Sie weiß, dass dafür einfach kein Geld da ist. Um niemandem zur Last zu fallen, versucht sie es selbst zu lösen.

Biographie

In 2019, Emma Branderhorst graduated as a director from the Utrecht School of the Arts. During her studies, she had several stints as a directing assistant on larger Dutch film productions and worked as a casting director for many years. Emma is enthusiastic, passionate and fights for what is close to her heart. She is a progressive feminist and is fascinated by issues such as childhood and parenting, which she looks at from a female perspective.
