Bio­gra­phie

Wri­ter and direc­tor with joint Swiss and Rwandan citi­zen­ship. She explo­res the noti­ons of iden­ti­ty, migra­ti­on, sove­reig­n­ty and on-screen repre­sen­ta­ti­on, through various film for­mats, both in Switz­er­land and in East Afri­ca. She par­ti­ci­pa­ted in Real­ness Resi­den­cy in 2018, Le Moulin d’An­dé in 2020 and Ber­li­na­le Talents in 2021. In 2023 she par­ti­ci­pa­ted in the Ate­lier Grand Nord with TAN­Z­A­NI­TE, her fea­ture-length film in development.
