Eine schwan­ge­re Paläs­ti­nen­se­rin durch­lebt in den Nie­der­lan­den die Tur­bu­len­zen ihrer Schwan­ger­schaft, den Kampf gegen gesell­schaft­li­che Nor­men und Iden­ti­täts­kri­sen. Gleich­zei­tig stellt sie in Fra­ge, ob sie lei­den darf, wäh­rend Palästinenser*innen in Gaza unvor­stell­ba­ren Hor­ror erleben.

Bio­gra­phie Sab­ri­ne Khou­ry
Sab­ri­ne Khou­ry is a Pal­es­ti­ni­an film­ma­ker and pro­du­cer based in the Net­her­lands. Through inti­ma­te sto­ries of women, fami­ly and home, she explo­res iden­ti­ty and social rea­li­ties. Her short A Ten­der­ness (2026) pre­mie­red at TIFF and was deve­lo­ped at the Doha Film Insti­tu­te Script­wri­ting Lab. The Mira­cle of Life (2025) tou­red inter­na­tio­nal­ly, inclu­ding CPH:DOX, and won Best Docu­men­ta­ry at Gal­way Film Fleadh and two awards at IFF Inte­gra­zio­ne. She is deve­lo­ping her debut feature.
